When sending envelopes and parcels via the FAN Courier service on the Ecolet logistics platform, the party with which you conclude the transport contract is E-COLETLOGISTIC SRL. Here is an excerpt with the most important points of the regulation.

- maximum weight 3 kg;
Colete:

Otherwise, you risk being charged extra for a non-standard parcel or manual sorting.
FAN Courier packaging regulations
Like other courier companies, FAN Courier accepts rectangular cardboard boxes that are undamaged and guarantee adequate protection for the goods being transported.
If you ship a parcel on the Ecolet courier platform, the rules specified in Ecolet regulations:
- packaging should be designed in accordance with the nature of the goods, so as to prevent damage to the contents during manual and mechanical handling;
- the packaging must not allow the contents to be damaged as a result of subsequent handling or pressure, which can be achieved, as appropriate, by means of cardboard, plywood, wood, plastic, metal, or unusual packaging;
- ensuring the tightness of containers that are the subject of postal shipments, so as not to allow the contents to leak or spill during transport, sorting, reloading of postal items and/or damage to the equipment used in the sorting, reloading, transport, and delivery of postal parcels or other postal items or goods; – postal parcels must be sealed by the sender. Items without a stamp will not be accepted.;
- transport requires packaging in such a way that the contents of the package are adequately protected against handling by related equipment, changes in climatic conditions, if applicable, and mechanical handling (drop height of 80 cm diagonally);
- Postal parcels containing fragile goods must be properly packaged and labeled by the sender, using bubble wrap, sawdust, shock-resistant polystyrene, or other material that cushions mechanical shocks. In addition, they must be marked “Fragile.”.
Please note that the “Fragile” label is only for the courier’s information and does not constitute grounds for claiming compensation in the event of damage to the contents of the parcel. If your parcel requires special protection, purchase an additional service (if available). Otherwise, complaints will not be considered.
