The delivery time is calculated from the moment of receipt of the shipment from the sender. The delivery date depends on the place of receipt of the package and the place of the recipient. Shipping takes place excluding public holidays and non-working days in the countries of origin and collection.

• Bulgaria: 2 to 4 working days
• Hungary: 2 to 4 working days
• Greece: 3 to 5 working days

At Ecolet.ro, we are currently working on a shipment tracking module, where it will be possible to check in real time where your package is and when it is scheduled for delivery.

You can send up to 10 packages in one shipment to a recipient in Bulgaria and Hungary. If you ship to Greece, each package will be treated as a separate shipment.

• The maximum weight of a Regional Express parcel that you can send to Ecolet.ro is 30 kg.
• The longest side of the package cannot exceed 175 cm
• The sum of the length and circumference of the package must be less than 300 cm.

Please ensure that your shipments meet the standard DPD package conditions, otherwise the shipper will charge additional fees for manual sorting or may refuse to provide the service.

Non-standard deliveries are those whose shape or packaging makes automatic sorting difficult or impossible, for example:

• tubes and cylinders
• plots that have a shape other than a cuboid
• if the contents of the package have a large weight concentrated in a small area – eg weights, dumbbells
• low stiffness shipments – if the package deforms easily and is not cuboid shaped

Check the list of goods, which cannot be sent by DPD courier:

• items, the delivery of which is prohibited by law;
• parcels, containing goods of great value, in particular precious metals, genuine jewelry, precious stones, real pearls, antiques, works of art, paintings that are part of the national heritage;
• counterfeit goods, ADR products, securities, money, securities, bills of exchange, telephone cards, identity documents, bank cards;
• vouchers and entry tickets with a declared value of more than EUR 520 / package (or the equivalent in RON);
• furs, carpets, watches, other jewelry and leather goods with a declared value of more than 520 EUR / package (or the equivalent in RON);
• perishable goods, foodstuffs, medicines;
• Parcels with any other goods with a declared value greater than EUR 13,000 / parcel (or the equivalent in RON);
• firearms within the meaning of the Romanian firearms law, the country of transit or the country of reception or destination, parts/components/included in the category of firearms or disassembled, ammunition for firearms – regardless of type, shape or caliber;
• Parcels with inscriptions contrary to order or good morals, as well as packages containing goods contrary to order or good morals, if they are sent without packaging or in transparent packaging;
• Parcels with old labels or inscriptions, which have not been removed;
• Parcels, which due to the packaging or the nature of the contents may cause damage to goods or pose a threat to people, as well as shipments containing cigarettes (more than 10 packs of cigarettes), live or dead animals, materials for medical examinations or biological waste, medical, drugs, human or animal remains, body parts or organs;
• in the case of international postal shipments, the contents of packages, the export or import of which is prohibited or requires special approvals, in accordance with the regulations of the country of pickup/delivery or destination;
• Parcels consisting of goods, for which special transport conditions, administrative, economic, sanitary, veterinary, phytosanitary and other legal regulations are specified, under the conditions provided by those provisions, because DPD is not a legal entity authorized to provide such services;
