Tracking a parcel is a free and simple service. It allows you to see where your parcel is at any given moment. We receive shipment statuses from courier companies. We update them several times a day.
Where is my parcel?
For some shipments, the tracking option is available only after they have been scanned in the couriers’ warehouse. Thus, the option may be activated several hours after pick-up.
To track the status of your shipment, follow the steps below:
- Go to our website or register and send a shipment;
- Access the section “Order history”;
- On the right side of the order, press the button “Show details.”
